Working in partnership to improve lives

For organisations

Therapy Links UK has expertise in therapy delivery for special school settings and feeding services and welcomes enquiries from schools looking for exceptional therapy support.

This expertise extends beyond the delivery of services to complex service review projects, commissioning and resources, staff competency and support, and outcome focussed service provision.

We improve lives by supporting the development of service delivery for children and young people. We offer bespoke consultancy for children’s centres, schools, local authorities or other health providers to enable them to better use the current resources they have.  We do this through:

  • Educational settings: facilitating better team working between therapy teams and senior leadership teams to create a step change in outcomes for children. Do you feel that you could work better together for the benefit of the children but don’t quite know how? We will work with you to identify skills, barriers and to create a solution-focussed project to meet the needs within your particular setting.

  • Health settings: finding it impossible to recruit or retain staff, or concerned about the efficacy and effectiveness of your Service? Do you need another perspective to enable you to provide the best possible service within your current budget?  Are there gaps that you are struggling to fill, do you need support to gather evidence for funding bids? Contact us for an informal discussion about what we can provide.

We welcome enquiries from schools, resource bases, children's centres, or other therapy services who are struggling to work as effectively as they would like, who are concerned about meeting the rising demand within the resources they have, and who feel they would benefit from some expert consultation to ensure current resources are being optimised.

Contact us for a no obligation discussion about how we can support and help enable excellent practice in your area.

“As the Head Teacher of a rapidly improving special school, effective collaborative working was fundamental to achieving the best possible provision and this continues to be the case in the ever changing and developing world of SEND. We worked closely with Frances in her role as Lead Speech & Language Therapist during this transformation and benefitted immensely from her experience and expertise and her ability to transform established therapy provision into the innovative practice that we provide today. Our journey included cultural change at all levels, the ability to think strategically and collaboratively about our offer, the chance for staff at all levels to commit to a vision and develop their own knowledge and practice along the way. None of this would have been possible without the opportunity to work with such committed and visionary clinical practitioners as part of our team. Today the landscape for special provisions is ever changing and increasingly challenging and practitioners need to be able to think outside the box, keep talking and evolving and schools need to actively seek opportunities to work with like-minded professionals in order for this to happen.”
