Mandy has over 35 years of experience working within education. Originally qualifying as a Nursery Nurse, she spent 17 years gaining knowledge of Child Development working in a Day Nursery. 

Mandy has spent the last 18 years working in Special Educational Needs, supporting children with complex and ASD needs aged 3-16. Mandy has completed a variety of qualifications to support children’s communication, sensory regulation, eating difficulties, physical posture and position.

Mandy is a very passionate and positive team member, who thrives on creating and learning new interventions with a warm and friendly approach, always making children, families and staff feel comfortable and well supported.
