SOFFI Method: Supporting Oral Feeding in Fragile Infants, Dr Erin Ross

29th & 30th May 2019, London

Therapy Links UK is proud to bring the SOFFI Method to the UK for the first time. Dr Erin Ross, who developed this integrated approach, will take professionals though this 2-day course which supports oral feeding in pre-term and in medically complex infants, both in the neonatal acute and community settings.  The course provides doctors, nurses and therapists with evidence-based information regarding feeding development as well as assessment and intervention strategies.  For further information click here.

Elklan Training

Training 1: Communication Support for 0-25’s with complex needs in London, starting Thursday 2nd May 2019.

Training 2: Supporting Children and Adults using AAC (Alternative and Augmentative Communication) starting Monday 16th September 2019.

Both these training sessions will be held at The Samaritans - Lewisham, Greenwich and Southwark branch, 1-5 Angus Street, LONDON SE14 6LU with good transport links and plenty of free parking in surrounding streets.

Mealtimes that won’t drive you mad! How to help your picky eater enjoy food more.

With a wealth of experience supporting children who have significant food aversions, Therapy Links UK has developed a training package for settings (children’s centres, schools) aimed at both parents and professionals. This session aims to dispel some myths around ‘picky eating’ and equip parents and professionals alike to be able to better support young children’s enjoyment of food.
